Chicken Salad - CLICK HERE for the Cooking Forum Index

I like chicken salad sandwiches. Chicken breast sauteed slowly in olive
oil. Cool. Dice. Add olive oil that chicken was cooked in. Add some
classy vinegar such as balsamic or your favourite. Mayo. Add diced celery
before serving. Pile high on favourite bread.

Sounds good. I like to add a diced apple (granny smith), a handful of
dried cranberries and some chopped walnuts as well.

Mmmm chicken salad. I like it shredded (not cubed) with pickle relish
and mayo, S&P...mmmm!!
