I meant to post this earlier but I forgot about it. Yesterday I wandered
into the cafeteria at work. One of the entrees was "BBQ" chicken. It
looked disgusting and was obviously the left over fried chicken from
Thursday with a gob of BBQ sauce poured over it. You could see the soggy
fried crust through the sauce. Is this a recipe of some sort? Fried
chicken smothered in BBQ sauce?

Think of it as bone-in chicken fried steak.
