childrens biscuits - CLICK HERE for the Cooking Forum Index

I'm looking for a biscuit recipe that is good for rolling and
re-rolling to allow 2 small children to cut lots of shapes. The ones
I've done have been too crumbly or nearly tasteless. Any suggestions.

this recipe is a nice buttery one which is easy to make, and can be
flavoured with whatever you fancy or left as it is, or iced.--1lb.
plain flour---8ounces of butter---8ounces of sugar---2 eggs---1 teasp.
of lemon juice.Rub butter into flour and add sugar then lemon
juice.(it can be done in one with a food mixer if preffered) knead
gently until smooth, then roll out fairly thinly and cut into desired
shapes.place onto foil lined trays that have been lightly sprinkled
with flour and bake for 10-15 mins. at 150c.I have used this recipe
for ages and the kids love animal shapes that are decorated.
