Star Spangle Pie
1 Keebler Graham C racker Pie Crust (6 oz)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened*
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 8 oz tub of whipped topping, thawed
1 1/4 cups Keebler Rainbow Chips Deluxe Cookies, chopped
confetti sprinkles
*Soften in microwave on High 15 to 20 seconds.
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with electric mixter until
blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.
2. Fold in chopped Keebler Rainbow Chip Deluxe cookies.
3. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
4. Garnish with confetti sprinkles just prior to serving. Refrigerate
leftovers.
Makes 8 servings.
