Grasshopper Mint Pie
1 Keebler Chocolate Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened*
3 drops green food coloring
1/3 cup sugar
1 8 oz. tub whipped topping, thawed
1 cup Keebler Fudge Shoppe Grasshopper Cookies, chopped
*Soften in microwave on High 15 to 20 seconds.
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixter until well blended.
2. Fold in whipped topping, green food coloring and Keebler Fudge
Shoppe
Grasshopper Cookies.
3. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
4. Garnish with cookie crowns. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 8 servings.
