White Pizza Dip
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni (about 1 ounce) (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour
cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Sprinkle
with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
2. Bake uncvoered 30 minutes or until heated through.
3. Serve, if desired, with sliced Italian or French bread.
Makes 2 cups dip.
