Orange Crunchies

2 cups Bisquick. baking mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
2 tablespoons shortening
2 tablespoons orange zest -- grated
1/4 cup orange juice
1 egg
1 cup coconut -- flaked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Blend Bisquick, sugars and shortening. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing cookies to
cooling racks.
Makes about 36 cookies.
