Garlic Fries
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 pounds large red or all purpose potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a large bowl, blend soup mix with bread
crumbs.
Dip potatoes in margerine, then soup mixture, until evenly coated.
In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan srayed with nonstick
cooking
spray, arrange potatoes in single layer.
Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until potatotes are tender and golden
brown.
Makes 4 servings.
