Hot Chicken Salad
2 c chicken breasts, cooked, and chopped
1 1/2 c celery, chopped fine
1 c Mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp onion, grated
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c toasted almonds
1 c American Cheese, grated
1 c potato chips, crushed
Combine chicken, celery, Mayo, lemon juice, onion and salt. Toss
lightly. Put
in 2-qt flat casserole. Top with almonds, cheese and potato chips.
Bake at
350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
