This is just one of many identical recipes off the web. It's pretty
standard and a very tasty, if rather sweet, pie.

Bob Andy Pie (Amish Custard)

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
One Unbaked 9" pie Shell

Heat oven to 350º

Combine sugars, flour, spices in large bowl

Beat eggs in medium bowl. Mix in milk, butter, vanilla. Stir liquid
mixture into flour mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake until just set, about 45 minutes

Serve at room temperature
