I hope you don't mind me posting a recipe. We had these the other day.
They are very good! We had them as an appetizer at one of our
favorite haunts and asked how to make them.
Ranch Sticks
8 soft bread sticks
three cheese ranch dressing
1 c motzrella cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
Place bread sticks in baking pan. Pour ranch dressing on top. I use
enough to cover lightly but not soak the bread sticks. Top with the two
cheeses. Bake at 350 F until cheeses are bubbly and lightly browning.
Remove from oven. Tilt pan to allow oil to drain off or remove from pan
entirely to prevent the bread sticks from soaking up the oil. Serve hot.
