Until recently I have been wrapping my surplus bread with freezer
paper and then freezing it. I found a company up near our cabin
that manufactures bread bags for bakeries in addition to other
plastic products. I purchased a case of the large bags
( 5.5 x 4.75 x 19 ) part number 5.54.7519.001. They cost
$ 16.73 for 1000 of them. A life time supply for me, but
much cheaper than freezer paper. I double them up when
I freeze the loaves. If anyone is interested, the company

with this company, I just found their product to be a good solution to
my bread storage needs.
