M and R Some people do make it into a cult. Not everyone though.

M Adopting any healthier diet would reduce those problems quite a bit.

M and R. It all depends on how they're prepared as far as saturated fat
goes, but plant foods don't have cholesterol.

Too broad of a question to really answer. Traditional diets do seem to be
healthier, but in non-developed countries people sometimes have to eat
whatever they can get, and suffer from malnutrition and starvation a lot
more than people in developed countries too.
