Optimum Vegetarian Nutrition : Surprising New Research On Omega 3's
and B12 by Dr. Michael Greger M.D.

People on vegan as well as vegetarian diets have superior health
indicators such as low cholesterol and high nutrient levels. Yet
several large sophisticated studies have been finding that people
living on vegan as well as vegetarian diets have the same and worse
mortality rates as omnivores for all of the major deadly diseases.
This presentation explains how vegans, vegetarians, as well as
omnivores can make a few simple changes to their diets to protect and
optimize their health. The time spent watching this presentation may
be one of the most important hours of your year. This presentation
has been made freely available through streaming audio/video by Dr.
Michael Greger M.D. The only requirements are a web browser, a free
copy of Real Player, and an Internet connection. Dr. Michael Greger
M.D. also offers this talk for sale on audio or video cds. All
proceeds are donated to vegetarian and animal friendly charities.

Yes, very good lecture. Note also that the entire lecture can be
downloaded as an MP-3 file (10.4 MB) playable by any MP-3 player from
the link.

That is true, but the downloadable MP-3 is audio only.

However, the streaming Video/audio version is there and FREE.

I watched it over dial-up,......YES....DI AL-UP with no problems.
