This summer I took my mother to France for her 60th (according to her!)
birthday. At a restaurant in Montargis, France, we had a a potato dish
that was fantastic.
The primary ingredients were diced potatoes, chopped apples, cheese,
crumbled bacon, and various seasonings. It was fried patty style and
served like hash browns.
Does anyone have a similar recipe? Thanks, I appreciate your help.
