Dr. Chung,

I have read some of your posts with dismay. For a person who claims to be a
Christian, may I suggest that read Matthew 6:1-6 and take it to heart?

You claim to be a servant to the least of us, yet you do that without outward
humility. I look at your signature and what I see is a person who needs others
to be impressed by the letters preceding and following his name.

I believe that as part of our baptismal vows which bring us into the corporate
body of Christ, we are to serve others quietly without expecting anything in
return. God knows what we do and the reasons behind our actions. I seriously
doubt that He appointed you to oversee the religious beliefs or non-beliefs of
this newsgroup.

This is a cooking group, not a religious forum. Please take your soapbox
somewhere else. Of course, if you would like to become a participant in the
food discussions without the religious haranguing, I am sure that most here
would be pleased to have your input.

Blessings to you.

Pointless to ask someone to talk about food if their heart is hardened against
it.

Perhaps but not lacking in courtesy.
