About 2-3 weeks ago, I saw a recipe in a newspaper for doing cut up chicken
in the oven, starting with an overnight marinade or brine treatment. It
sounded great and I bought an expensive 5-pound organic-raised chicken today
to make it. Recipe gone! Anyone recall seeing something like that
recently? I thought it was the NY Times but a search of their web site
showed nothing.

In a pinch, brined chicken recipe is on the side or back of every Kosher
salt box.
