Ronnie, in your spice mixture does it matter whether the cardamon is white,
green, or black? I have all three.

I am not selling the spice mixture. There was a miscommunication with
the developer who updates my website. The recipe for the spice mixture
is online now, and you can access it.

The change I would make is to take out the 2 tbsp of butter and replace
with more coconut oil. I just don't see butter as a traditional Kerala
ingredient.

In my spice mixture, I use green cardamoms, along with the skin, so
the skin does not get crushed completely as the other ingredients do.
