Rosemary Cranberry Bread Recipe? - CLICK HERE for the Cooking Forum Index
Linda C. T.
Hello Everyone,

I am doing an ardent search for the ultimate rosemary cranberry bread
recipe. The best I've had was at Europane in Pasadena, they make an
amazing (and not rich) rosemary currant/cranberry bread. Other breads
I was impressed with were all of Zabar's collection in New York City,
in addition to La Brea Bakery in Los Angeles and Berolina in Glendale.
I'm looking for something more "dry" and hearty/healthy versus
something doused with oil. I am not a big fan of really rich breads.

Can anyone help me in my search? I am using a conventional oven (no
bread machine, unfortunately), and I am open to either yeast breads or
"quick" breads.

Many many thanks in advance!

I recently made rosemary raisin bread in my bread machine. I just
used a standard recipe for wheat bread, adding chopped fresh rosemary
and raisins. I didn't measure exactly, but I used about a tablespoon
of rosemary and a cup of raisins. I'm sure this would work well with
cranberries too.
