Turkey Burger
1 lb ground turkey
3 ozs pork rinds, ground
4 ozs chopped raw green chilis
5 ozs chooped onion
2 ozs shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp crushed sweet basil
1 tsp Spanish paprika
1/4 cup of picante sauce
I just mixed that all together with my hands until it was completely
and thoroughly distributed. I came up with 32 ozs of the turkey burger
mixture for a total of the whole bunch.
The nutritional count for a 6 oz patty of turkey burger is:

I found that I am going to start just having 5 ozs of the burger
because it was almost too much for me with the veggies that I had with
it. I might even go down to a 4 oz burger.
