I just slung this one together tonight: Snipped some rosemary,
thyme, and sage from the garden, put it in the food processor
with a clove of garlic, some olive oil, Whole Foods "365"
balsamic vinegar, (maybe a tablespoon of each, I wasn't
measuring) a grind or two of black pepper, and a little salt,
and chopped it up fine. Put it in a ziplock baggie for half an
hour or so with two chicken breasts. Broiled for 8 minutes on
each side.

Wow, that came out good.

It does sound awesome. I don't have the herbs growing in the garden. Too
cold but I'll make it in the spring. Gawd, can't wait for it to get warm.

Michael<- freezing but enjoying the crocous (sp)
