I have used both Bisquick and homemade Bisquick mix when making the
following scones recipe. I also pat out the dough into a circle on the
baking sheet and then partially cut the circle into wedges. For extra
sweetness you can sprinkle a little granulated sugar over the scone
dough.

2 cups Bisquick=AE baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir Bisquick, sugar and eggs to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into
a ball on flour-covered board. Knead 5 times.
Roll dough 1/4-inch thick. Cut into 2-inch squares; brush with butter.
Fold each square into a triangle; lightly seal edges. Place on
ungreased baking sheet. If you like, brush triangles with slightly
beaten egg white.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 18.
