Made some bean soup, basic onions garlic stock and was great. Put a
batch in the fridge for couple weeks and found there were small bubbles
and and looked like is was fermenting. Is this safe to eat or should i
deep 6 it? Thanks, David...

Does it pass the sniff test? I'd be inclined to toss it. OTOH, heat a
couple tablespoons and taste it. If it's bad it will likely taste bad,
but you're not likely to kill yourself by doing so.
