Re: Eat A Peach - CLICK HERE for the Cooking Forum Index

Sounds good. Will prolly try it next week.

In the same vein, I halved some peaches tonite and simply brushed 'em with
melted
butter, then grilled them next to the chicken thighs & fresh corn-on-the-cob
I was
cooking on the pit (with lump charcoal).

Mmmm - tasty peaches!

Shoulda put a dollop of sour cream on'em after grilling. Got a similar recipe
for broiled peaches in a cookbook I gave my son: pat of butter sprinkle of brown
sugar, broil, then top with sour cream. Luscious. Durn kid don't cook anyhow.
