I've seen slight variations but I believe a full sheet is 26 inches by 18
inches and a half sheet is 13 inches by 18 inches. I suspect some people
are quoting the size of pan liners (like Silpat or Exopat) when they
indicate a size of 12 inches by 16 inches for a half sheet.
