With PG&E's dire predictions blitzing radio and broadcast media with
"soaring" natural gas prices this winter (while we're still experiencing
80°F+ weather), it almost sounds like a workable idea. Thank the Gahds
we rarely get below 50°F here in the northern prefecture of the PRC.
