Bubba, This sounds wonderful. I will make Wuerstchen im Schlafrock
for the New Year's Eve party to which Marcel and I go every year.
Guests are permitted to bring something like this, as long as they
inform the hosts in advance. I will use cocktail frankfurters and I
will double the recipe. What kind of potatoes are good to use for this?

I use any that happen to be on hand. Don't think the type matters very
much in this recipe.
