Francatelli VGC
Lovely little book,a facsimile of Francatellis famous work from
1861,this was published in the ealry 1990s by a small press Pryor
Publications. Francatelli was Queen Victorias personal chef, and later
was Mitre d'Hotel at a number of prestige West end establishments.
