Hamilton Beach Electric Toaster - CLICK HERE for the Cooking Forum Index
Boron Elgar
I picked up an 18qt electric roaster at Costco for cheap (Hamilton
Beach) to use for overflow on Thanksgiving, but noticed the
instructions say it'll roast up to a 24 lb turkey.

I'd hate to risk a big bird (23lbs) in there without knowing how these
things can cope.

I remember the solid Nescos from years back, but this is not of that
ilk, I'm afraid.

Does anyone know anything about them? Does it get the turkey skin
brown & crispy? It is only $30, so I can easily return it or use it
for light duty, but I am curious. I have googled past posts in the
group, but got no specific mentions of this HB one.
