Jeffrey Steingarten talked about turduckens in one of his books. Seems
a very strange thing to do to me but each to his own.

It's the time of year June!

I had to reinstall my mail and newsreader and never did get round to
re-subscribing to my other haunts. Will have a look-see.

How lovely to hear from you. Yes we are all OK. There was thick black
smoke drifting overhead this afternoon but it was a relief to see that
only one person is still in hospital with breathing difficulties.
