Hello Everyone!
I need to sort out what I did wrong with a Holiday Biscotti recipe.

Giada De Laurentiis's Holiday Biscotti is very tasty but crumbly.
When I sliced it for the second baking, the ends broke off. After baking, I was lucky to have two cookies that were intact! The rest were broken in one or two places.
I checked the reviews for the recipe and everyone but one loved it. (It is yummy!) That person cited that it was very crumbly. We both must have done something wrong.
I followed the directions except in one place. I let it cool longer than 30 minutes after the first baking.
